What the chart summary in chat means

The chat summary is a strip of your stored chart: Lagna, Moon sign, Moon nakshatra, and the current Vimshottari dasha. It is there so you can see that the answer is about this kundli, not a generic horoscope. On a phone it can tuck away after you scroll down through messages, and it comes back when you return to the newest message or tap the strip. If a field is wrong, the birth time or place is the thing to correct. The summary does not recalculate itself to match a guess.

Four fields, each with a job
Lagna is the rising sign. It orients the houses. Moon sign is the mind and the reference for matching and Sade Sati. Nakshatra is the Moon’s lunar mansion and the key to Vimshottari. Current dasha is the major period (and the way timing is named) running now from that stored timeline.
Together they are a checksum. An answer about career that never touches your Lagna or the dasha you can see in the strip is not using the map in front of you.
It stays with the conversation
The strip sits with the chat, not on a separate report you have to open first. The first time, you may be asked to confirm the name on the chart. That confirmation is about identity, not about changing the sky.
On a small screen the full strip, including that name check, can collapse into a tappable bar after you scroll down into older messages. It is not supposed to pop open again in the middle of a streamed answer. Tap it, or come back to the newest message, when you want the four fields in view.
When a field does not match what you were told
Families often compare with an older printout. A different Lagna usually means a different birth time, place, or ayanamsa. Kundaligram uses Lahiri and the place you confirmed, with that date’s historical timezone, not your phone’s current offset.
Do not argue the answer into a different Lagna. Correct the birth details and let a new chart be stored. The old summary belongs to the old inputs.
What the strip deliberately leaves out
It is not the whole kundli. Houses, yogas, Shadbala, Navamsa, and the annual chart live in the kundali view and the PDF. The strip is the smallest set that proves the conversation is chart-grounded.
If you want those other layers in an answer, ask for them by name: “Read this with my Navamsa” or “What does my current dasha do to the 7th house?” The summary will still show the same four fields while the answer goes deeper.
